What will we be cooking?
We will be preparing typical spring vegetables and herbs in various ways. Of course, there will be a lot of tasting! Everyone will get the recipes, but it can be great fun to experiment and taste your way to a perfectly balanced end result. Typical spring vegetables and herbs we will be using are: watercress, spinach, chard, rocket, borage, asparagus, broad beans, peas, nettles, turnips etc! Every session is different, depending on what is available.
After cooking, we sit down at the long table, set with an antique service, to enjoy our home-cooked meal. On request, we can pour a good European wine to accompany the meal, picked by our own sommelier, Ingo Wewer.

*) All rates include a welcome drink, amuse, the meal, recipes, herb water and coffee/tea for afters. Beer, soft drinks and wine are charged separately. Don’t worry about the dishes!
