Taste the best vegetables, herbs and flowers this season has to offer. We will be cooking with typical spring vegetables and herbs, such as watercress, spinach, chard, peas, broad beans, nettles, bean tips, dandelions or borage…
What will we be cooking?
In our cosy Cooking Atelier, we will turn the freshest spring vegetables and herbs into delicious pestos, soups, frittatas, fresh pastas, gnocchi, risottos, salads or quiches. We will prepare different meals at every session, all depending on what is available. After cooking, we sit down at the long table, set with an antique service, to enjoy our home-cooked meal. Any left-overs can be taken home, along with the recipes, of course. On request, we can pour a good European wine to accompany the meal, picked by our own sommelier, Ingo Wewer.

*) All rates include a welcome drink, amuse, the meal, recipes, herb water and coffee/tea for afters. Beer, soft drinks and wine are charged separately. Don’t worry about the dishes!
